Good to see that the Slovak economy is not as Bratislava-centric as one might have thought. Much of the debate is Slovakia is about the urgent need to develop the country's non-Western regions.

Norway is a pretty amazing case: Oslo contributes almost 90% to national GDP growth. Given how beautiful the rest of Norway is, this decomposition really brings home that non-market areas are sometimes THE places to look at...
